Primary Material : We at FurnezeeTM use best-in-class raw material which is manufactured in India. The primary material we have adapted is Medium Density Fiber board of variable thicknesses ranging from 18mm to 25mm. Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an Engineered wood, manufactured with hardwood fibres, bonded together under high pressures and temperature up to 240 degrees Celsius, by synthetic resin and wax. It has high and uniform density, making it strong, durable and eco-friendly. These are also resistant to termite, fungus and borer.
Our Primary Material is not Particle Board: Particleboard is a relatively inexpensive waste-wood product made by combining and heat pressing sawdust and resin. It is abrasive and not capable of holding screws and fittings much effectively. Medium-density fiberboard, or MDF, a costlier alternative, is made using small wood fibers rather than wood dust. MDF is appropriate for many applications, from cabinetry to molding and is great for counter tops because it is smooth uniform, and less prone to warping. MDF has many advantages over plywood, particleboard, or chipboard.
